Ken and Dore Wilhoite love to be together. In 1999 they left the corporate world--where they worked at the same aeroscope company company for more than ten years--to become full time kaleidoscope artist. They made their first scope in 1990 as a homie metal shop project, and were so pleased with the result that they set out to learn all they could about the design and construction of kaleidoscopes. On the way they learned that they also loved to be with many of the people who make, sell, and collect kaleidoscopes.
